Missing Jigsaw Puzzle Piece With Word C

Executive and Employee Development: Working with an executive coach offers benefits few other resources can.  Allowing you to benefit from a viewpoint based on their experience as well as the experiences of other leaders who have overcome many of the same challenges you face.

  1. Individualized Approach: Coaching is personalized, tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of each employee. It focuses on the unique strengths, weaknesses, and development areas of the individual, allowing for targeted support and improvement.

  2. Skill Enhancement: Coaching helps employees enhance their skills and capabilities by providing feedback, guidance, and practical strategies. Whether it's improving communication, leadership, time management, or any other skill relevant to their role, coaching can address these areas directly.

  3. Performance Improvement: By setting clear objectives and working closely with a coach, employees can improve their performance and achieve their professional goals. Coaches can help identify performance gaps, offer constructive feedback, and assist in creating action plans for improvement.

  4. Self-awareness and Reflection: Coaching encourages self-awareness in employees by helping them reflect on their strengths, weaknesses, values, and aspirations. Through this process, individuals gain insights into their behaviors, beliefs, and motivations, leading to personal growth and improved performance.

  5. Confidence and Motivation: Coaching provides support and encouragement, boosting employees' confidence and motivation. As they receive guidance and see progress in their development, employees become more engaged, committed, and willing to take on new challenges.

  6. Career Development: Coaching can also contribute to employees' long-term career development. By exploring career aspirations, identifying development opportunities, and creating growth plans, coaches can help individuals align their goals with organizational needs, fostering a sense of purpose and direction.

  7. Continuous Learning: Coaching promotes a culture of continuous learning within an organization. By emphasizing ongoing development and providing resources for growth, employees are encouraged to take ownership of their learning journey and continually improve their skills and knowledge.

  8. Retention and Engagement: Investing in employee development through coaching can enhance retention rates and increase employee engagement. When individuals feel supported, valued, and empowered to grow, they are more likely to stay with the organization and contribute to its success.

Scope Assessment

Programs begin with a free assessment session that may include a conversation about goals and personal professional history.

We will define communication strengths and needs and decide together a plan for moving forward.

Action Plan

Following an initial assessment, the coach works to set goals and create a customized action plan. This plan becomes the roadmap for leaders to develop. The plan designed may require weekly one-hour coaching sessions or may best be served by meeting once a month for a 3-hour session. Plans will vary and together coach and client will define the best plan to meet the desired goals; work together; work in real-time on projects such as meetings, presentations, conferences, and appearances. Sessions are scheduled one to three months in advance so that clients can set aside the time and make it a priority. The coach will be available for extra sessions whenever there is a major event or if a concern arises.

Frequently homework may include a materials purchase recommendation (book, journal...) Germaine Life does not sell materials or benefit financially from the sale of any recommended materials.

Accountability

We, coach and client, work in partnership every step of the way. When appropriate the coach will meet with the clients staff or team to review goals, communication and action plans. For Coaching to work you need to be fully engaged. Change in action and behavior is sometimes (often) difficult. The coach is here to steer you, to guide you, you are the engine that needs to do all the work. Accountability is essential to the success of every engagement and we encourage companies to work with us and create an environment for success.

Let’s talk about return on Investment

You can find Dozens of studies showing the financial benefits of a good coaching relationship. I will point out two.

1. Manchester Inc. surveyed 100 executives and found that coaching provided an average ROI of almost six times the cost of the coaching.

2.The Personnel Management Association produced an internal report that showed that when training is combined with coaching, individuals increase their productivity by an average of 86% compared to 22% with training alone.
